What is Lauren up to?

YES, AND

 I'm so excited to start Level 1 Improv at iO West! The first class with Nate Sherman was amazing– Nate is so enthusiastic and my classmates were yes-and'ing from the start.

One of the hardest things about moving from Boston was leaving my Improv Boston family behind.  It's good to know that no matter where you go, you can always count on improv people to make you feel at home. 

Also, they give you a copy of Truth in Comedy the first day of class. How cool is that? Anyone interested in improv (or just acting in general) should definitely give it a read.
